Heading South on 405
Use NE 124th St. exit #20; turn left off exit onto NE 124th, proceed over freeway and railroad tracks to 124th NE and turn left; go to 120th NE and turn right; go past Totem Lake Shopping Center to light at NE 130th, turn right and follow the signs to the parking garage.
Heading North on 405
Use Totem Lake Blvd. exit #20B; stay to right at off-ramp; go through light at Totem Lake Blvd. and proceed past Totem Lake Shopping Center to light at NE 130th, turn right and follow the signs to the parking garage.
From EHMC Parking Garage
Take the Evergreen Professional Center/EHMC garage elevator to the first floor and enter into the hospital. Take the elevator located just past the gift shop to the 5th floor. We are located in Suite 500.
Please allow 15 minutes for parking and locating the office.
