Making Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The office is closed Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Appointments may be made by calling a patient coordinator at 425-899-4455 during office hours. Our offices are adjacent to Evergreen Hospital.
We try our best to stay on schedule, but OB/GYN is very unpredictable. If we are seriously delayed we will attempt to call you ahead of your appointment.
Please check in 30 minutes prior to your appointment if you are new to our practice and 10 minutes early if you have already established care with us.
If you are unable to keep your appointment or need to reschedule, please call the office 48 hours in advance so we may offer that time to another patient. If you are going to be late, let us know as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
If you do not notify us that you are unable to keep an appointment and do not show up for that appointment, you will be asked to prepay before we schedule another appointment.
Your First Appointment
Prior to your first visit, we will mail you information about our office as well as a registration form and a history form. We ask that you have both of these forms filled out when you arrive for your appointment. Please bring your insurance card or coupon to your first visit and each time your insurance information changes. We ask you to arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for registration.
