Patti Quick-Showalter, PA-C
Patti is a Certified Physician Assistant. She completed her undergraduate training in pre-med at Washburn University in Kansas and became a social worker with a specialty in child abuse. She returned to Wichita State University in 1976 and completed her second Bachelor of Science degree in the Physician Assistant/Allied Health Care program. Then in 1982 she began specializing in women’s health care. She has completed many specialized courses in the prevention and treatment of women’s diseases. In March 1990, she joined the Center for Women’s Health at Evergreen, and continues to provide excellent care.
Amy L. Records, WHNP
Amy L. Records, WHNP, joined the Center for Women’s Health at Evergreen in December, 2013. She attended the University of Washington, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2003. After finding her passion for women’s healthcare, she pursued an advanced degree as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia completing her degree in 2008. She is board certified as a WHNP.
After completing her advanced degree, Amy practiced as Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at a clinic in Newark, Delaware, that is very similar to CWHE, called “All About Women”. Amy is skilled in meeting the needs of her patients including gynecological annual exams, contraceptive and preconception counseling, IUD and Nexplanon insertions as well as GYN problems and peri-menopausal issues. She can perform minor procedures including endometrial and vulvar biopsies. She also cares for pregnant and postpartum patients in conjunction with the physicians. Amy enjoys getting to know her patients in a personal way so she can help tailor care to each woman’s particular needs.
Since Amy was raised in the Gig Harbor area, she and her family are excited to be back in the Pacific Northwest. Amy and her husband have two active young sons that fill her leisure time. We are happy to welcome Amy to the Center for Women’s Health at Evergreen.
Angie Lewis, WHNP
Angie is a board-certified women’s health Nurse Practitioner. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked at Providence in Everett as a labor and delivery nurse for 13 years! In April 2016, she graduated with her Master’s in nursing with an emphasis on women’s health. Angie was born and raised in Camano Island and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and the great outdoors.
Angie is the newest member to The Center for Women’s Health and looks forward to applying her clinical and obstetrical expertise and experience to our patients.
